Shipping and Delivery Information

If you have any changes regarding corrections to shipping address, contact us immediately (within the hour) to make that correction.

The delivery time is based on a combination of factors such as the time needed to process the order, transit time, distance, and the preferred shipping method. 

Processing Time:

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order.  We ship Monday-Friday only and do not ship out on major U.S. holidays. 

Transit Time:

Transit time is provided and estimated by the carrier selected. Please take into consideration that transit time is not guaranteed and can change depending on carrier delays and weather conditions. Transit time is tracked once package is received by the carrier.  

Free Shipping:

Free shipping, when offered, is shipped either USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on our arrangement with the shipping company. 

Tracking Order:

Customers will receive an automatic response once the order has been received and notified with shipping information once the order is processed.  You can track the package with the tracking information emailed to you.  If you do not receive your order confirmation within a day, please do contact us.

Domestic Shipping:

Basic Moves ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping.  International Shipping Rates calculated at checkout.
