Return Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is 30 days after purchase. We will not accept any return or exchange after 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2) It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase enclosed with your return or exchange item/s. State clearly reason for return or exchange. We will process accordingly and as soon as we can.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days will be returned to sender.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. An email will be sent to notify you of the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or simply need a different size. If defective or damaged, send us an email at with the picture of the garment. We will inform you how to proceed after we review the photo. If you would like to send it back to us for review, our address is: 450 Cloverleaf Dr. Baldwin Park, California 91706.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. We will credit you back for shipping if the damage and defect is due to manufacturing.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
